Rodney Kenner, Managing Partner of STILLRIDGE Business Partners

Rodney Kenner founded STILLRIDGE Business Partners after 12 years of building and leading companies from the inside. He has served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director of Strategic Equity Partnerships, and Director of Business Scaling — working across QSR franchise ownership, financial advisory, retail, software development, and commercial construction. That range gives him a practitioner's understanding of what it actually takes to grow a business without becoming its single point of failure.

That operating background shapes how he advises. He has sat in the owner's chair — carried payroll, made the hard calls, and lived with the consequences. It is why owners describe working with Rodney less like hiring a consultant and more like gaining a trusted partner who has been where they are.

Today he works directly with founder-led and privately held companies, helping owners strengthen leadership, build durable infrastructure, and prepare for whatever comes next — from scaling, to succession, to a well-timed exit.
